Can someone explain how the talisman fragments that give "+X% wizard level to starting mana and XP" work? Since the percentage is usualy quite small (single digits) it does not seem like this would be much of a bonus -- 5% of 45 is
My talisman gives 204% of wizard level to initial xp and mana and at wizard level 1,062 this amounts to 2,166 initial mana and also I get 858 initial mana from the fragments for total 3,024 initial mana given by talisman and my fragment are no less than level 40 and I have all the nice compass given ones fully upgraded and equipped
